Our Annual General Meeting was held on Monday January 27th at the Richcraft Recreation Complex. Over 60% of our teams had a representative at the meeting.
The 2024 Annual Report was presented by the Directors to the members.
In his report President Tim Baigent announced that we are investigating the possibility of a partnership for a 2nd turf field. He also announced that we have formed a new Women's Committee to focus on issues with our women's program. Dawn Dinsdale will chair the committee with 4 representatives from the women's teams.
The Women over 45 teams asked if it is possible to consider promotion and relegation in these divisions.
Teams requested if it would be possible to have assistant referees in Division 1. The President agreed to make that request to the EODSA should all teams agree to pay for that service.
OCSL teams requested that the board investigate a better call up solution to help the OCSL teams who require spare players. The board agreed to research a solution.
Treasurer Derek DiNardo presented the auditors report which was accepted unanimously by the members.
All 5 Directors who were nominated for another 2 year term were acclaimed.
